Thank you for your interest in the Dementia: ​Making the Diagnosis Live Training on June 22 from 12-1 PM PT! This live training covers the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for dementia, components of a complete cognitive evaluation, strategies for disclosing a dementia diagnosis, and how to address common challenges in diagnosis. 

 

This training will be held on Zoom through this platform and includes 1 FREE CE/CME (AMA, ANCC, AAPA, and ASWB— Click Here for accreditation details. To enroll, click "Enroll" in the upper right. By enrolling, you will have access to the Zoom link.

 

To join the live training, you will need the same login information you used to create your account and enroll in the course. You should receive an automated calendar invite request from Education and Learning: DCA & CAP-CT <messages@matrixlms.com>. 1. Dementia: ​Making the Diagnosis (Live Training)

This live training covers the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for dementia, components of a complete cognitive evaluation, strategies for disclosing a dementia diagnosis, and strategies for addressing common challenges during disclosure. This module will unlock 15 minutes before the live session.

2. Course Evaluation

Earn 1 CE/CME credit, including AMA, ANCC, AAPA, and ASWB credit upon completing the course and evaluation survey.
