Thank you for your interest in the Dementia: Making a Care Plan After a Diagnosis Live Training on July 29 from 12-1 PM PT! This live training covers how to identify and address cognitive, functional, and behavioral symptoms in individuals living with cognitive impairment. Participants will also learn how to engage and support care partners, develop personalized plans, and optimize medication management to improve patient care.
