Thank you for your interest in The Cognitive Health Assessment: The Basics Live Training on April 16, from 12-1 PM PT! This session covers how to conduct, score, and interpret a cognitive screening tool, brain health planning, billing for screenings, and documenting a patient’s healthcare agent.
This training will be held on Zoom through this platform and includes 1 FREE CE/CME (AMA, ANCC, AAPA, and ASWB) — Click Here for accreditation details. To enroll, click "Enroll" in the upper right. By enrolling, you will have access to the Zoom link.
To join the live training, you will need the same login information you used to create your account and enroll in the course.
